Position Summary The Data Analyst utilizes their knowledge of human capital, finance, accounting, and business strategy to provide insights to TriNet’s management team. The role prepares sales and marketing reports, supports company needs, and assists with various Business Transformation, People, and Finance functions throughout the month‑end close process.

Location United States (Atlanta, GA)

Compensation Salary range: $62,200.00 to $105,700.00 per year. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.

What You Will Do

Provide People Analytics insights to the broader organization, focusing on the Sales organization.

Analyze revenue pipeline and cost to acquire customers; recommend actions based on lead source results.

Drive business process improvement, identify and mitigate risks to the company’s success.

Coordinate with People Team Leaders, Revenue Leaders, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Insurance Services to ensure accurate revenue and cost capture.

Compile and support key reporting metrics (KPIs) and create visual materials.

Cross‑train staff to mitigate risks in key processes.

Automate repetitive data aggregation/manipulation tasks to enhance value‑add analysis.

Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).

Master’s of Quantitative Management or equivalent experience (preferred).

Experience Qualifications

Typically 2+ years of professional or educational experience.

Skills and Abilities

Tableau/Power BI development experience (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Ability to lead others.

Licenses and Certifications

Tableau or Power BI certification (preferred).

Travel Requirements Minimal.
