Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes Track and report critical lease expirations and other important dates Draft and process various transaction documents, including RFPs and LOIs What is Required
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents, such as leases and purchase agreements Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with financial analysis in a real estate context Familiarity with real estate market research and data analysis tools Proficiency in using technology platforms related to transaction management Background in client relationship management Notes
