Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Daily Cash Summary balancing and reporting

Prepare calculation and support for Credit facility payments

Maintain asset inventory detail

Handle equity purchases (acquisition of real estate properties in equity funds)

Process earnest money deposits

Process mortgage pool investor contributions and withdrawals

Manage loan assignments to internal lenders

Complete the process of collateralizing loans with credit facilities

Reconciling growth capital line (GCL)

Reconciling working capital loan (WCL)

Balancing unitranche line of credit (UTL)

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Understanding of simple and compound interest calculations

Previous loan payment/mortgage collection experience

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Strong problem solving, research and analytical skills.

Self‑starter requiring minimal supervision.

Ability to adapt in a changing environment

Requirements

Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting degree.

Effective organizational and time management skills

An acute attention to detail

Experience with accounting systems

The ability to multi‑task

Aptitude for Problem Solving

A pro‑active attitude to accomplish tasks

Work Environment This is an in‑office position reporting to Anchor’s Thousand Oaks, CA office full‑time.

Compensation The base pay range for this position is $25 - $28 an hour, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.
