Assist the store manager in leading a team to deliver quality customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers and the community. Support daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and delivering sales and service goals. Foster a culture of craft, connection, and hospitality in the store. Partner with leadership to drive growth and operational excellence. Qualifications
2 years retail / customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service. Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment. Minimum High School or GED. Legal eligibility to work in the country of application. Ability to work full-time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Benefits and Expectations
