About The Role As a CBRE LIS Sr. Coordinator, you will provide support services to facilitate the repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of laboratory instrumentation. This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function and is responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
What you’ll do
Oversee coordination of laboratory vendors to implement corrective and preventive maintenance activities
Provide vendor escorting to and from laboratory areas
Review vendor calibration certificates and test reports in accordance with local good documentation practices
Work with staff about services required for installation, maintenance, moves, and relocations
Act as the first point of contact for all third‑party contractors, ensuring valid EHS and GMP induction, risk assessment, method statement, and permit before work begins
Submit CMMS data updates, additions, and decommissions
Ensure purchase orders are in place before the start of non‑contract work
Assist in audit preparation and review documentation for inspection and audit purposes
Follow standardized procedures and practices, receiving regular but moderate supervision and guidance
Verify that invoices are processed for payment to a third party for vendor maintenance support
Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval
Evaluate and select solutions from established options
Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided
What you’ll need
High School Diploma or GED with 2‑3 years of job‑related experience
Established understanding of work routines and standards, applying skills and knowledge across a range of processes, procedures, and systems
Intermediate problem‑solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval
Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset
General math skills, including ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups

Compensation Maximum salary: $69,000 annually. Benefits include 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
