Define a clear product vision that improves in-store activities for field teams
Translate strategic business goals into actionable product outcomes
Use data and field insights to refine priorities and identify high-impact opportunities
Partner with field leaders to design tools that simplify work and improve visibility
Drive end-to-end delivery of product features in collaboration with engineering and design teams
Qualifications
Experience building products for field sales, retail execution, or merchandising enablement
Strong empathy for end users in fast-paced, offline, or mobile-first environments
Proven ability to balance long-term product strategy with short-term execution
Comfortable working in a contract-to-hire setting with high autonomy and accountability for results
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in shadowing sales consultants and merchandisers to understand pain points
Familiarity with user research and analytics to drive product adoption
Ability to establish and track KPIs related to sales and compliance
