Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies.
Manage, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote a positive and efficient care environment.
Coordinate and participate in quality assurance initiatives and resident care planning.
Collaborate with physicians, family members, and facility leadership to ensure optimal outcomes.
Drive staff education, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts, in good standing.
Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience in a SNF or long-term care setting.
Proven track record in managing staff, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Passion for resident-centered care and team development.
