Accounts Payable Coordinator - Up to $75k + Bonus - Immediate Hire Are you ready to join a fast-growing construction company with an excellent culture? Responsibilities
Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures Maintain accurate accounts payable records and reports Qualifications
1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience (construction or real estate preferred) Familiarity with Timberline/Sage 300, T-Scan, and Avid is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to $75k Bonus: Performance-based (50% personal, 50% company) Health Insurance: 75% paid by the company Retirement: 401k match (up to 3% of salary) Additional benefits: Dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, and more!
