Position Summary As the
Senior Insights Analyst , you’ll proactively communicate ideas and opportunities through analyses supported by insights and recommendations. Your expertise in analytics and insights will empower you to make data-driven decisions and derive actionable insights to enhance our client’s marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Leverage your deep understanding of analytics and reporting to drive impactful insights. Stay current with client and industry benchmarks. Proactively identify issues and escalate them when necessary. Champion data-driven decision-making across the entire organization. Mentor and provide feedback to insight analysts and junior analysts within the organization.
Client Partnership:
Develop client and partner relationships, contributing to strategy development and measurement methodologies. Be viewed as an Analytic Subject Matter Expert (SME). Understand client’s business requirements and design analytical approaches and insights tailored to their specific needs. Demonstrate an exceptional ability to distill complex data and insights into compelling narratives. Enable effective storytelling that resonates with various stakeholders. Proficiently articulate findings and recommendations through clear and concise written reports and dynamic verbal presentations. Foster understanding and drive informed decision-making across teams.
Key Analyses and Deliverables:
Conduct analysis of cross-channel marketing programs including weekly/monthly updates, yearly summaries, and ad hoc requests. Provide creative analysis aimed at improving targeted marketing and campaign performance. Review standard reports and dashboards, generating meaningful results and recommendations. Manage the collection and synthesis of data for clients, drawing from sources such as social media, digital platforms, websites, CRMs, and client databases.
Basic Qualifications
Data Visualization Expertise:
Utilize your expertise in data visualization to create compelling and actionable visual representations of complex data.
Deep Understanding of KPIs:
Understand the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in digital, cross-channel, and CRM marketing.
Analytical Skills:
Be a detail-oriented, creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiently interpret data to deliver meaningful recommendations and possess knowledge of research methods.
Effective Communication:
Clearly and concisely communicate analytics findings and recommendations.
Educational Background:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
Work Experience:
Have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in Digital Analytics, with preferred experience in Media or CRM Marketing.
Desired Skills
Industry Expertise:
Familiarity with the Automotive, CRM, and/or Media sectors. Understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Tool Proficiency:
Familiarity with data analytics and data visualization tools. Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
Quick Learning:
Aptitude for rapidly grasping complex business operational concepts. Adaptability to changing environments and emerging trends.
Business Consulting:
Ability to communicate analytics findings and recommendations clearly and concisely. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
