Overview
Landford Plastic Surgery is seeking a motivated and high-performing Phone-Based Sales Coordinator to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. This is a sales-focused role dedicated to contacting new leads, following up with prospective patients, and booking consultations for Dr. Wilmina Landford. The ideal candidate is driven by results, thrives on connection, and excels in converting inquiries into consultations through warm, confident, and persuasive communication. This position is suitable for someone with a strong background in sales and call-based outreach, particularly in medical aesthetics, skincare, or beauty. Spanish speaking preferred. Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to new and existing leads, introducing Landford Plastic Surgery and converting inquiries into booked consultations. Follow up consistently with leads through phone, text, and email to maximize conversion rates. Use persuasive sales techniques to educate patients about procedures and the benefits of choosing Landford Plastic Surgery. Track and manage leads through our CRM system, ensuring prompt, organized, and professional communication at all times. Maintain expert-level knowledge of services, consultation process, and pricing to confidently answer patient inquiries. Achieve and exceed monthly booking goals. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of call-based sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics or a service-based industry. Strong understanding of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Proven success in high-volume outbound calling or appointment-setting roles. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional phone presence. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working with performance-based targets. Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with prospective patients. Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred but not required. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM systems and communication platforms. What We Offer
