Lead Talent Acquisition Enablement Specialist

Lead and enable recruiting teams by owning recruitment marketing, TA systems and processes, onboarding programs (including immigration and referrals), and vendor partnerships. Champion automation and AI-driven solutions to boost recruiter productivity and improve candidate experience. Build connection and consistency across the recruiting function through tools, training, and development sessions. Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to define work required to execute business cases and prioritize features. Evaluate project ideas, develop business cases, and accelerate portfolios. Provide operational process support and manage partner relationships to understand objectives and impact of changes. Identify system requirements, design and test for approved system business cases. Conduct process improvement analyses, gather data, report key metrics, and use analytics to drive opportunities. Troubleshoot system issues, support application replacement initiatives, evaluate new technology, and complete proofs of concept. Assess risks from policy and process changes to business unit performance and compliance. Facilitate process improvement meetings and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required

High School Grad / GED Bachelor's or equivalent experience Experience: 6+ years in Talent Acquisition Experience with TA systems (e.g., ATS, CRM) and process optimization Strong background in onboarding programs, analytics, and/or recruitment marketing/branding Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with IT teams Proven ability to introduce and scale automation or AI tools within recruiting Project experience from initiation through completion using technology, data and analytics Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills Preferred
