Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal departments including Service, Payroll, Sales, and Recruiting. Maintain and safeguard confidential employee and client files. Manage client billing information, including setup, updates, and changes. Support the annual customer rate adjustment process. Liaise with Payroll and Billing teams to ensure accurate processing. Oversee web portal data entry for client records. Coordinate with internal staff to obtain required documentation. Track and maintain company-specific documentation and compliance records. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Recruiting, Compliance, and Payroll to ensure operational alignment. Promote and reinforce a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in the transportation industry preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across a diverse workforce. Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration.
