Overview
Inside Sales Agent position in Liberty Mutual Insurance. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Why Liberty Mutual?

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Salary/Commission details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Position details
Location: Remote work in states: Washington, New Mexico, Nevada & Utah. Applicants must reside within these locations. Paid training and licensing included (Property & Casualty Insurance license required after hire; licensing included during training). Training duration: 16 weeks for licensed hires; 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Benefits from Day 1 (medical, etc.). No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). Minimum 12 months on this schedule before potential shift changes. Equipment: Provided; must have a dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite/mobile internet not supported. Qualifications
2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with the ability to close sales. Excellent communication with prospects and customers. Analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency.
