Job Description Under the general supervision of an Accounting Administrator II, the Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor) is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating complex fiscal, accounting, and budgetary management activities for various departmental funds. The Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor) supervises professional staff responsible for budgetary control and financial accounting for departmental funds and Budget Act appropriations.

Supervise professional staff responsible for budgetary control and financial accounting for departmental funds.
Ensure compliance with Budget Act appropriations and financial reporting requirements.

Special Requirements
Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle.
