The Email Marketing Specialist is part of a creative, fast‑moving marketing team. This role is responsible for crafting and launching email campaigns that connect with customers and drive conversions. Individuals in this role will also analyze performance of email campaigns and make recommendations based on analytics.
Expected Work Hours 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
Partner and collaborate with internal teams including strategy, content, creative, and external technology vendors to deliver email marketing campaigns.
Conduct quality assurance analysis of all email campaigns.
Manage the delivery of messaging requests to customers and prospects.
Troubleshoot and fix any problems that may occur during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emails.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend campaign improvements based on analytics.
Proactively identify opportunities for email marketing growth and revenue generation.
Keep up with the latest email best practices and marketing trends.
Requirements Required Skills
Must be highly driven and passionate about marketing, analytics and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CSS, and HTML.
Strong writing and proofreading skills.
Excellent organization and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and success interacting with senior‑level executives.
Excellent collaboration and partnership skills.
Self‑starter that can multi‑task and flourish in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiar with email marketing platforms and tools. (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus).
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline. Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience working with email campaigns.
Preferred Experience
Development experience in HTML, CSS and AMPscript to edit email template design and landing pages.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
