Lead and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback Oversee renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasts Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support renewal timing and commercial terms Maintain visibility into renewal performance and ensure CRM accuracy What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms) Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
