What to Expect
Lead and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback
Oversee end-to-end renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes and contracts
Drive incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, supporting pricing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure renewal timing and commercial terms align with customer value
Maintain visibility into renewal performance and ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral, with testing before interviews
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong leadership mindset with a passion for team development and operational rigor
Understanding of pricing, negotiation, and recurring revenue models
Proven ability to drive process consistency and accuracy across commercial activities
Experience leveraging metrics and insights to guide decisions and improve performance
