What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback
Oversee renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasting
Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while supporting pricing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align renewal timing and commercial terms
Maintain data accuracy and reporting integrity within CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, including 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral, with testing prior to interviews

Demonstrated leadership mindset with a focus on team development and operational excellence
Strong understanding of pricing, negotiation, and recurring revenue models
Proven ability to drive process consistency and accuracy in commercial activities

Background in identifying opportunities for improvement and leading impactful initiatives
