What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Identify and cultivate new prospects with 1-49 employees and cross-sell solutions to existing clients

Implement sales strategies to secure new franchise brand contracts

Develop and execute a cold calling strategy targeting franchisee prospects

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with internal and external clients

Connect franchisees' business needs with employer products and services

What is Required (Qualifications)

Positive self-starter with effective cold calling skills and time management abilities

Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Continuous learner with an eagerness to improve processes

Two to three years of prior work experience or demonstrated success in a work-from-home environment

Ability to present ideas clearly in various formats, including paper, in-person, and over the phone

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Sales experience, particularly in franchise sales

Background in Human Capital Management sales

Demonstrated "hunter" mentality for new business development
