Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to small law firm customers Manage inbound leads and prospect for new opportunities using consultative sales techniques Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations Demonstrate online products during pre-sales calls using web-based tools Gather and log call information and sales orders accurately within the CRM system What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience Experience in a prospecting/cold calling environment Strong sales process and negotiating skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce.com How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
