Overview
Inside Sales Agent position, handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. This role is remote and based in Texas.
Pay Details Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Position Details
Paid training in a remote work environment from day one; licensing is included in training if you do not currently hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls; all leads are inbound and warm.

Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST); this schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment provided; work-at-home requirements include a dedicated workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
Qualifications
2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to close sales.
Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty Insurance License required or training provided if not currently held.
