Inside Sales Agent - Inbound Remote (Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, & Utah) – Liberty Mutual Insurance. Inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Base pay and pay philosophy
Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Liberty Mutual Insurance. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. What you’ll do
Handle inbound calls and warm leads; consult with customers on their insurance needs and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Join a remote work environment with paid training and licensing support. Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs. Position details
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Remote work requires a dedicated workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload); satellite and mobile internet are not supported. Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire (training/licensing provided). About Us
