Overview

Our Inside Sales Agent role handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. The position is remote and requires licensing in Property & Casualty Insurance (training includes licensing). Pay Details

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Job Details

Position available for candidates based in Texas. You must reside within the specified location to be considered. Paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need a Property & Casualty Insurance license; training includes licensing if needed. Training extends over 16 weeks (licensed hires) or 18 weeks (unlicensed hires). Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day (example schedule 11am-8pm CST) for at least 12 months. Equipment provided; remote-work requirements include a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet. Responsibilities

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to communicate well with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property & Casualty Insurance License required; training provided if not currently licensed.
