Responsibilities

Serve as the single-threaded owner for product outcomes, driving coordination and ensuring product work is owned and supported by the right teams.

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision, aligning with business goals and partner needs.

Gather and prioritize customer and partner needs, use cases and feedback into actionable requirements and success metrics.

Define required features and outcomes, using data and insights to guide product decisions.

Collaborate closely with the program manager to align on timelines, resource allocation and strategic priorities across initiatives.

Partner with operations consultation managers on implementation while maintaining accountability for product outcomes.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions deliver on intended business outcomes.

Facilitate decisions by balancing risk, available information and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Ability to resolve issues or debates independently in most situations.

Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

2‑3 years of progressive experience in product or brand management preferably with a focus on operations, process improvement, or customer/partner experience.

Ability to influence others without authority to complete things in a timely manner.

The actual base pay offered will be based on multiple factors such as knowledge/skills, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
