We are building a vendor relations team as part of the newly created Central Capabilities function in Global Business Services (GBS). The vendor relations lead ensures vendors consistently meet expectations by tracking delivery performance, facilitating vendor governance forums, and advancing our vendor capability development to strengthen long-term value delivery.

In This Role, You Will

Monitor Vendor Delivery Performance against established SLAs and KPIs, ensuring accountability and transparency.

Lead vendor governance forums to review performance, elevate issues and agree on corrective actions.

Engage in cross‑functional partnership to identify opportunities for vendor‑led innovation and process improvement.

Sustain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery of business unit priorities.

Lead development and implementation of programs that identify specific enhancements to the key vendor portfolio, resulting in quantifiable performance improvements.

We’d Love To Hear From People With

7+ years project management in highly cross‑functional environment.

7+ years progressive experience in supplier performance and contract management.

3+ years leading contract negotiations and vendor governance forums.

Strong expertise in contract management, vendor performance oversight, and commercial negotiations.

Ability to design and facilitate governance forums that engage both internal leaders and vendor executives.

Knowledge of managed services, BPO/outsourcing markets, and emerging vendor delivery models such as Build‑Operate‑Transform‑Transfer (BOTT).
