We are looking for a motivated
S&OP Strategy lead
who will lead cross‑functional teams to successfully design and deliver mid‑ to long‑term supply chain operating and inventory plans that support our enterprise strategic goals. Your deep and extensive supply‑chain experiences in product introduction, demand planning, and/or supply planning coupled with your proven ability to build relationships and influence others will help drive cross‑functional consensus alignment on supply‑chain initiatives and commitments. Your business curiosity will help identify problems‑to‑solve and your desire to never settle will fuel continuous improvement opportunities. Advanced business, financial, and data analysis plus system/technology experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead the S&OP process governance, execution and decision‑making to align financial, demand, and supply plans, highlighting disconnects and gaps for resolution.
Co‑own development and management of the mid‑to‑long term supply chain operating plan / plan of record.
Create and develop network design solutions, and readiness plans that lead to successful execution across the supply chain and our coffee houses.
Develop, implement, and drive continuous improvement, change management, and new processes, tools, & best practices for our end‑to‑end supply chain.
Qualifications
5‑7 years within supply chain planning, forecasting, finance, or inventory/product/portfolio management experience — multiple functional experiences or S&OP experience ideal.
Education: College degree; MBA preferred.

Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely with nearly all levels of the organization (verbally & written), especially with storytelling for decisions.
Strong ability to lead large multi‑level, cross‑functional meetings, facilitating for clarity and accountability.

Ability to develop and guide scenario planning.
Management of complex customer relationships & influencing skills.
Management of workload with dynamic, competing priorities.
Management of supply chain planning, forecasting, & inventory or portfolio management experience.
Change management experience, including training development, documentation, buy‑in, & implementation.
Understanding of S&OP principles and objectives.
Understanding of category knowledge & nuances.
Understanding of supply chain, business, & operations.
Experience with maintaining large amounts of complex data and ensuring data quality & reconciliation.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau dashboards.
