Role Description As a
management lead, Records & Information
you will lead the development and implementation of advanced records management processes and governance. This role involves training employees, managing document collection, storage, retrieval and archives, and supporting audits, inspections and litigation activities.
Responsibilities
Specialize in developing and implementing advanced records management processes and governance.
Train employees on specialized records management procedures and compliance.
Manage sophisticated electronic and paper document collection, storage, and retrieval.
Ensure controlled access to records and maintain extensive archives.
Support audits, inspections, and litigation activities with specialized knowledge.
Oversee system user administration, security, and quality control processes.
Develop and implement comprehensive records disaster preparation and recovery plans.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of records management policies.
Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the security and integrity of records management systems.
Monitor compliance with records management regulations and standards.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members on records management best practices.
Lead cross‑functional projects to improve records management practices.
Qualifications
Specialized knowledge of records management principles, compliance regulations, and document control systems.
Extensive experience with electronic records management systems and audit support.
Minimum 7 years of experience in records or information management or a related field.
Certified Records Manager (CRM) or equivalent certification; Information Governance Professional (IGP) preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Additional Information The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
