Job Responsibilities

Sell Asset Lifecycle Management solutions to state government agencies

Create strategic territory and account plans to manage sales efforts

Prospect, develop, and track new opportunities toward closure

Build and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of ALM Solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in Sales or Business Development within the GovTech industry

Solid knowledge of the AECO industry and local government workflows

Experience in selling and negotiating with State Agencies

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to travel approximately 25-50% of the time within the region

Preferred Qualifications

Competitive knowledge of AEC Solutions from Autodesk or Bentley

Familiarity with Trimble Survey and Mapping technology, Esri ArcGIS®, and Salesforce CRM

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Proven customer service skills with a proactive attitude
