Job Summary

The

Retail Store Manager

role requires meeting and exceeding client field expectations with overall store responsibility for store effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will lead and develop others, with strong customer service, talent hiring/training/management, and performance coaching skills. This position manages both full- and part-time Mobile Advisors.

The starting salary for this role is at least

$71,400

annually (minimum) plus a monthly bonus. The role leads a team for 40 hours a week (in-store), with a focus on work–life balance.

Essential Functions

Manages all aspects of in-store execution within the assigned store, including staffing, shift scheduling, hours completion, active customer engagement, sales, merchandising, and inventory management.

Establishes and maintains critical relationships with field leadership.

Promotes strong relationships with the in-store team and field leadership to ensure communication and adoption of directives.

Manages sales productivity and guest experience through performance management and 1-on-1 coaching.

Ensures employee satisfaction through progressive engagement.

Interviews and hires high-quality full- and part-time Sales Reps.

Manages attrition via key performance indicators.

Leads store performance to achieve sales and customer service objectives.

Supervisory/Management Responsibility

Collaborates with field sales leadership to achieve company objectives.

Participates in regular field leadership meetings and provides reports.

Completes required sales training and ensures store employees are fully trained.

Provides feedback on store performance and action plans for improvement.

Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management of store employees.

Makes store-level hiring and termination decisions in collaboration with HR.

Directly coaches and trains sales representatives within the store.

Minimum Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma required.

3-5 years in training, sales, account management, or related experience, and 2+ years of retail management experience required in the wireless industry.

Required Skills

Specialty retail management experience required.

Proven leadership and store management track record.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong business acumen.

Proven ability to train and develop subordinates.

Flexibility to work weekends and travel when required.

Self-starter with the ability to incent and drive Sales Representatives to meet client expectations.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Job Requirements

Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.

Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise as needed.

Pay & Benefits (In accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

Salary range:

$71,400

to

$100,800

per year. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and location.
