What to Expect

Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers

Manage quoting, contract execution, and renewal forecasting

Identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Legal

Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and CRM records

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience)

Minimum of 2 years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment

Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
