What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
Handle quoting, contract execution, and renewal forecasting while identifying low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to align on strategy and pricing
Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and update CRM records for visibility into commercial performance
Engage with customers to confirm renewal intent and ensure alignment with their evolving needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools, such as Salesforce and CPQ platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Additional certifications or training in account management or sales
