This role will focus on optimizing the end-to-end recruiting process within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Base Pay Range
$40,000.00/hr - $40,000.00/hr
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and professionalism
- Support the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking
- Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience
- Track candidate progress and maintain data integrity in ATS (Greenhouse) and other systems
- Drive operational excellence by identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions
- Collaborate with global team members to ensure consistency in best practices and candidate experience
- Partner with recruiters on ad hoc projects, including pipeline management and diversity recruiting initiatives
- Support the execution of campus and experienced‑hire events, both virtual and in‑person
- Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives that advance Human Capital priorities
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination
- Proficiency in using ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Compensation
Pay Rate: $40,000 – $70,000/hr, DOE
