Must-Have Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school OR Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, with specific focus on Corporate M&A and Healthcare transactions
Proven experience with entity formations, contracts, and regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare / Medicaid enrollment, state licensing)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet critical deadlines under pressure

Role Overview This is a full-time, in-office position for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join the firm’s healthcare practice group. The paralegal will be an integral member of the team, supporting attorneys in the execution of complex healthcare corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and file critical legal documents related to corporate healthcare transactions
Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including review of business licenses, Medicare / Medicaid enrollment, and compliance with state and federal healthcare laws
Assist with the formation of healthcare entities and manage regulatory filings with agencies such as the Department of Health and CMS
Maintain corporate governance documents and corporate records
Prepare, review, and track healthcare-related contracts and agreements
Manage data rooms and support attorneys through all phases of deal closings
Conduct detailed legal research to support the team
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute
Experience in due diligence, data room management, and corporate deal closings
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
Compensation & Benefits Salary range :
$65,000 – $95,000 (dependent on experience and location)
