Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) by providing clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information. Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives using market data and customer insights. Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, advocacy organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders. Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling skills. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions and guidance on product pricing and access-related issues. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred. Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred. Proven advanced selling skills and business acumen. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Must reside within the territory (or within 30 miles of its border) and possess a valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales experience, with at least 2 years in complex or account-based selling environments. Demonstrated success in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings.
