Position Overview
Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Clinical Specialist – remote. Application close: 27 Oct 2025. Candidate must reside in territory, possess a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for frequent travel. Position Responsibilities
Technical Support:
Complete CRM Field Technical Training (online & field-based) Perform post‑sign‑off checks and interrogations of all CRM device systems Support implants of all CRM products after sign‑off Provide on‑call support evenings and weekends Provide troubleshooting support as needed
Operational Support:
Ensure patient registration and hospital documentation completion Manage consignment and trunk inventory Maintain software on district programmers Assist with daily coverage logistics
Educational Support:
Educate physicians and staff on products and solutions Assist in training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives
Sales Support:
Collaborate with Sales Team to understand customer needs and local market dynamics Assist in obtaining customer purchase orders Provide basic competitive landscape understanding Identify and communicate customer opportunities to Sales Reps
Ongoing Technical Development:
Stay current on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings Complete all assigned training promptly Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma + 6 years of healthcare/field sales experience, OR Associate’s Degree + 4 years of healthcare/field sales experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of healthcare/field sales experience Experience using complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing relevant to sales or field support Preferred Qualifications
Medical terminology and device industry knowledge Strong relationship building skills Proficiency with Microsoft tools and Salesforce Vendor credentialing experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Physical Job Requirements
Frequent travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings Independent mobility; lifting up to 40 lbs; ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours Verbal and written communication; use of mobile phone, PC, keyboard, and mouse Driving 80% of time within assigned territory; valid driver’s license and active insurance Travel
Minimum travel 10% Benefits & Compensation
Competitive salary: $72,000 – $90,000 (U.S., excl.
