Human Resources Generalist
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Administer day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and payroll coordination. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, leaves, and workplace concerns. Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer letters and onboarding. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with federal and state regulations. Run bi-weekly payroll for employees. Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee education on available programs. Partner with management to address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement. Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying current on updates that impact company practices. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
