What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback
Oversee end-to-end renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of contracts and forecasting
Drive incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer value realization and commercial accuracy
Maintain visibility into renewal performance and ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong understanding of pricing, negotiation, and recurring revenue models
Proven ability to drive process consistency and accuracy across commercial activities
Experience leveraging metrics and insights to guide decisions and improve performance
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and lead impactful initiatives
