Responsibilities
Drive sales of capital and consumable products addressing respiratory surgical complications in hospitals
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and accurate sales forecasts for the assigned territory
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers
Collaborate with regional sales teams to achieve target sales goals and manage profitable agreements
Conduct post-sales activities including implementation, product education, and ongoing support for customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience
Proven success in achieving sales quotas, particularly in medical capital equipment or consumables
Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional client interaction abilities
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the designated territory
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of sales experience in the medical device field
Experience selling to the acute care hospital operating room environment
Ability to quickly compile contracts with supporting financial business cases
Strong understanding of the sales process and medical sales arena
Experience with movement of demo capital equipment
