Corporate Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Reporting Prepare monthly general ledger closings and consolidations across multiple operating entities
Complete key monthly tasks including revenue recognition, AR/AP, accruals, payroll, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations
Maintain accurate general ledger account analyses and ensure alignment between P&L and balance sheet
Prepare and analyze monthly performance and variance reports at the clinic and corporate level
Manage fixed asset sub-ledger and coordinate capital expenditure reporting
Oversee inventory accounting and recognition processes
Support the forecasting and budgeting process as needed
Assist with financial reviews and external audits
Contribute to system integrations and financial platform transitions as part of ongoing acquisition activity
Prepare additional management reporting and analyses as requested
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
required; graduate degree a plus
3+ years of progressive accounting experience
in corporate or multi-entity environments
Proficiency with
Sage Intacct
strongly preferred (or similar ERP system)
Strong understanding of GAAP principles
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
