8:30-5:00, Monday-Friday Compensation:
$45-55/hr The Corporate Accounting Team handles all accounting matters including monthly closing, financial statements, reporting, and financial consolidations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Record journal entries (cash, prepaids, fixed assets, revenue, expense accruals) Reconcile balance sheet accounts Consolidate multiple entities for reporting purposes Prepare monthly reporting packages and financial statement analytics Analyze accounting and business results and make recommendations to management Prepare regulatory and statistical accounting reports Document, implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports for management information requests
Qualifications
Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting with strong academic performance CPA licensure is ideal (not required) Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience Strong data analysis skills, general ledger systems experience, and Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills
