Job Title:
Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst Job Summary: Join our client’s dynamic team as a Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that plays a crucial role in shaping sales incentive strategies. Key Responsibilities
Develop and test incentive plans using CaptivateIQ, ensuring all scenarios are covered. Design and execute test cases, manually calculating expected outcomes for accuracy. Load and validate test data, comparing system outputs with manual calculations. Assist in managing the CaptivateIQ tool, including user provisioning and plan assignments. Support the plan design process, including drafting communications and updating documentation. Conduct revenue research for exception requests, summarizing data and estimating payout impacts. Skills Required
Strong analytical skills for financial and sales data analysis. High attention to detail for accurate calculations and data management. Proficiency in Excel and incentive management platforms like CaptivateIQ. Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively. Comfortable working with large data sets in Google Sheets or Excel. Eagerness to learn and a passion for sales compensation. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related fields About SSi People
