Base Pay Range:
$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our client’s team to review and enhance global market benchmarking strategies.
Manage and support the recognition process and platform.
Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to implement effective compensation practices.
Conduct analysis and provide metrics to aid decision‑making.
Assist with global benchmarking and market pricing using relevant systems.
Perform administrative tasks as required.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Experience with HRIS systems and compensation planning tools.
Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
Experience in compensation management, ideally in a large or global organization.
Knowledge of reward strategies, including base and variable pay.
