Tax Senior

Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on complex tax issues
Assist in tax planning, compliance, and advisory projects for a diverse client base
Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation a plus
CPA license or active progress toward obtaining one
3–5 years of public accounting tax experience
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. tax laws and compliance standards
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Experience with tax preparation software (e.g., CCH, ProSystem fx, or similar)
