Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech, occupational therapy, psychology, and medical professionals Coach and empower parents to support their child\'s development and monitor treatment progress Maintain documentation that reflects compassionate and ethical care What is Required (Qualifications)
Master\'s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for early intervention and a belief in play-based therapy A growth mindset aligned with the employer\'s core values: High Expectations, Belonging, Trust, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, and Fun How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
