Responsibilities
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate closely with other disciplines to align therapy goals and enhance family communication
Coach and empower parents as partners in their child's progress and monitor treatment effectiveness
Maintain documentation that reflects compassionate and ethical care
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in delivering ABA therapy in a clinical setting
Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration in therapy settings

Knowledge of current trends and practices in autism therapy
