Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including speech, occupational therapy, psychology, and medical professionals Coach and empower parents as partners in their child\'s progress Monitor treatment progress, adapt plans, and maintain ethical documentation What is Required (Qualifications)
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy A growth mindset aligned with the organization\'s core values How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team setting Familiarity with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) approach Previous experience in ABA therapy with young children Community and Privacy Note
