Job Responsibilities
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (SLP, OT, psychology, and medical) to align therapy goals
Coach and empower parents as partners in their child's progress
Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and maintain compassionate and ethical documentation
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders
Familiarity with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) or similar methodologies
