Bilingual Licensed Inside Sales Representative - P&C
We are seeking a bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) Licensed Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Denver, CO. The role focuses on selling property and casualty insurance products, including auto, homeowners, and umbrella coverage, to warm leads.
Compensation Base Pay:
$28.13 – $35.09/hour (variable).
Variable Compensation:
Approximately $2,000/month on average, with potential to reach $7,000 or higher as business expands across multiple states.
Key Accountabilities
Quote and sell auto, homeowners, and umbrella insurance products to prospective clients.
Follow up on missing information to close insurance sales via phone or email.
Attend required training, meetings, one‑on‑ones, and maintain communication to keep active producer licenses.
Demonstrate product advantages and overcome objections to purchase.
Knowledge and Skills
Organize and maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes.
Prioritize sales opportunities based on ideal customer profile across multiple computer systems and screens.
Explain insurance concepts and coverage details to clients clearly.
Work Environment A predominantly home‑based role ( 80%
of time, 4+ days per week) located near Denver, CO. Occasional travel to the office for team meetings, trainings, and cultural events.
Initial training is approximately 2 months in‑person at our Denver office (8:30 am–5:00 pm). After training, new hires work shift rotations ending at 8:00 pm Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm Saturdays, with a 9‑hour Monday shift and a 7‑hour later shift.
Licensing
Must hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer’s License or Personal Lines License (not an Adjuster).
Amy Family Insurance will pay for license maintenance and continuing education requirements following hire.
Travel & Physical Requirements
Travel: Up to 10%.
Physical: Primarily sitting/standing work.
Additional Information
