Licensed Inside Sales Representative - P&C - Base Pay Bonus
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Licensed Inside Sales Representative.
Starting base pay is $28.13/hour with an uncapped bonus plan. Average variable compensation is roughly $2,000 per month, but can vary up to $7,000 or higher.
You will assist clients with warm leads by educating, providing quotes, and selling any or all insurance products. This is done by demonstrating the advantages of our products, services, and benefits while overcoming objections.
Position Compensation Range $28.13 - $35.09 Pay Rate Type Hourly You must currently have an active Property and Casualty Producer’s License or Personal Lines License to be considered for this role.
Primary Accountabilities
Quote and sell any or all of automotive, homeowners, and umbrella insurance products.
Follow up on missing information to close insurance sales by phone or email to prospective clients.
Attend required training, ongoing training, meetings, one‑on‑ones, and continued education to maintain an active license.
Demonstrate advantages of our products, services, and benefits while overcoming objections.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Maintain an organized and up‑to‑date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes.
Prioritize sales opportunities based on ICP across multiple computer systems/screens during a quote.
Explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
Location & Schedule Primarily home‑based; 80% of time working from home, proximate to Denver, CO. Occasional travel to the office for team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
Training
Training is approximately 2 months, hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm local time. No time off during training.
After training, new hire shifts are evening shifts ending at 8:00 pm Monday‑Friday and at 5:00 pm Saturday. A 1 in 3 Saturday rotation applies. All new hires work a 9‑hour Monday shift with a 7‑hour shift later in the week.
Licenses
Must hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer’s License or Personal Lines License. The company will pay to maintain your licenses and all CE requirements.
Travel Requirements
Up to 10%.
Physical Requirements
Work primarily involves sitting/standing.
