Licensed Inside Sales Representative - Property and Casualty Base pay: $28.13/hr – $35.09/hr with an uncapped bonus plan. Variable compensation averages roughly $2,000 per month (up to $7,000 or higher). Travel is up to 10%. The role is primarily home‑based (80% of time) with occasional in‑person meetings near Denver, CO. Training lasts approximately 2 months, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time. All new hires work evening shifts, ending at 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and at 5:00 pm on Saturdays with a 1‑in‑3 Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

Quote and sell automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance.

Follow up on missing information to close sales via phone or email.

Attend required training, continuing education, meetings, one‑on‑ones, and maintain an active property‑casualty producer license.

Demonstrate product advantages and overcome objections to purchase.

Qualifications

Must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Producer’s License or Personal Lines License.

Experience maintaining an organized, up‑to‑date pipeline of opportunities and providing accurate quotes.

Experience prioritizing sales opportunities across multiple computer systems/screens during quoting.

Ability to explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.

Additional Requirements

Travel up to 10%.

Primarily sit and stand while performing duties.

Background check and non‑disclosure agreement required.
